What You'll Accomplish Patient-Centered Clinical Excellence
in an ENT setting (You are not working for the ENTs, you are working for HearBest): FULL AUTONOMY as you conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using current best practices, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, VRA, OAEs, and specialized assessments as needed Apply evidence-based protocols while tailoring each evaluation to individual patient needs and circumstances Collaborate seamlessly with ENT physicians and staff to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care Provide detailed diagnostic reports with clear, actionable recommendations that prioritize patient understanding and outcomes Facilitate referrals for further evaluation and/or treatment Meaningful Patient Relationships: Build trust and rapport with patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout their hearing healthcare journey Practice culturally sensitive, patient-centered communication that respects individual needs, preferences, and goals Educate patients and families about hearing health, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care Serve as a compassionate advocate for patients throughout their diagnostic and treatment process Professional Excellence & Growth: Stay current with emerging technologies, research, and best practices in diagnostic audiology- continual training provided Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and clinical efficiency Mentor and collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based innovation What You Bring to Our Team Essential Qualifications: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology Current Indiana audiology licensure and/or eligibility Strong foundation in diagnostic audiology principles and current best practices Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice Ideal Candidate Qualities: Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Genuine empathy and passion for helping patients achieve their hearing health goals Collaborative spirit and dedication to helping patients in their hearing journey Desire for continuous professional growth and learning Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse patient populations Why Choose
