Are you an experienced Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced environment?
We’re hiring skilled forklift drivers to join our overnight warehouse team at a cold food storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you thrive in cooler temperatures and have a strong safety mindset, we want to hear from you! Location:

Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pay Rate:
$21/hour Work Environment:
Cold storage facility (30°ree;F) Job Summary: As a Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely moving product throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse. From accurately placing inventory to loading outbound shipments, your experience and precision will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Operate stand-up reach trucks to move, stack, and organize product • Safely load and unload pallets from racking systems • Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and follow all safety protocols • Ensure accurate inventory placement using RF scanners or pick sheets • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area • Follow all GMP and food safety guidelines What You’ll Need: • Proven experience operating a stand-up reach truck • Comfort working in a cold environment (30°ree;F) for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for 11-hour shifts • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Dependable work ethic and excellent attendance • Forklift certification is a plus Ready to take your skills to the next level with a company that values safety, precision, and teamwork?
