Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner works with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring qualified, diverse talent into the organization that reflects our values.This position manages the recruiting lifecycle from job requisition through sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer, and hiring stages.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring, providing a positive hiring manager and candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand the business, identify recruiting needs, and achieve recruiting goals
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, sourcing, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage top talent based on role, industry, and business needs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as schools, staffing agencies, and industry organizations to expand and build talent pipelines.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives by representing the company at recruiting related events, maintaining company review pages, and creating talent related social media posts
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and communicating efficient recruitment processes throughout the organization
- Create, maintain and report out on TA related reports and surveys
- Act as a backup resource for conducting new hire orientations and managing the end-to-end onboarding process as needed
- Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices, and industry news
- Assist the TA team and HR team with other duties and projects as needed

- Some travel to visit other Telamon offices, career fairs, networking, and recruiting events as needed
Physical Demands
- The position requires sitting and using a computer for long periods of time. This may require lifting boxes and carrying materials to recruiting events.

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a talent acquisition/recruiting role overseeing full-cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting hourly & salaried positions nationwide
