Within our FAE team, you’ll become the ambassador of Secure-IC’s embedded security solutions in the American market and support the technical excellence of our security IPs for ASIC & FPGA / Evaluation Tools / Consulting to the market by working with the sales team during customer’s meetings: present products, explain their assets corresponding to the customer’s security SoC needs. You will also interact on a daily basis with the Product and Engineering team to help define the future of our security solutions.
Your missions will be to:
- Transform the expression of a customer need into an off-the-shelf SIC solution
- Maintain knowledge of Secure-IC expertise to support the sales team
- Provide pre-sales technical support to customers by finding the best product and service solutions for their needs
- Promote the customer value proposition (added value, benefits of our products for our customers)
- Interact with R&D, Product management and sales teams to solve customer problems at pre-sales level
- Respond to tenders for off-the-shelf products
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
- Support trade shows and customer meetings worldwide
- Prepare documentation on market trends and analyses
- Advise the CSO on the processes needed to make customer interactions more fluid
- Support the go-to-market team with regard to customer feedback.
- Proven Track record of successful technical communication with prospect and customer
- Deep understanding of Secure-IC product and industry trend (for newcomer, verify that it is something done in their past experience)
- Support and exchanges with local agents
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Skills
We are looking for an Electronics, Micro-Electronics, Computer Science or Cyber-Security Engineer.
- Knowledge in Electronics, Micro-Electronics, Computer Science and/or Cyber-Security;
- Good capacity to understand and apprehend customer’s security SoC concerns;
- Knowledge in C, VHDL and/or micro-electronics development process;
- Knowledge of the semiconductor market;
- Fluency in English is essential.

- Experienced with security IPs: symmetric & asymmetric cryptography, Root of Trust, integrated Secure Elements, IPsec/MACsec/TLS, FIPS 140-2/3, anti-tampering technologies.
- Published security papers and participated at famous embedded conferences.
