Account Specialist
The Account Specialist qualifies new customer leads and facilitates appointments for high potential accounts for assigned field sales reps/key account managers; owns process to increase share of wallet within existing accounts primarily on remote means via the use of technology such as telephone, VS, and online meetings. Primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing customers within territory
Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads
Collaborate closely with assigned field sales rep or key account manager
Manage customer communications in coordination with field team strategy (e.g., following up on appointment action items, managing relationship with customers, developing leads at new accounts within portfolio)
Build relationships with the customer throughout the sales process
Schedule meetings for field sales reps in region
Solve Sonova customers' largest challenges with 'concierge-like' approach
Follows up with existing customers to ensure high quality customer service is being met
Comply with all local, state and federal laws and requirement
Comply with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in CRM system on a daily basis
Other duties as assigned
More about you:
Prior experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service
Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently
Detail orientated
Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of sales process and collaboration
Strong desire to provide superior customer service
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $22 to $30 an hour. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
