We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead complex facilities engineering projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems while demonstrating strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- Licensure: Active PE license or EIT with ability to obtain PE within 6-12 months
- Experience:
- 12+ years in mechanical systems design (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection)
- Project management experience on facilities engineering projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and load simulation software (IESVE/Carrier HAP)
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical/plumbing codes and standards
- Experience with full project lifecycle from design through construction
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle screening
- Technical Skills:
- Energy modeling and HVAC load calculations
- Mechanical system design for various facility types
- Quality control/assurance processes
- Soft Skills:
- Leadership and team management
- Client relationship building
- Problem-solving in complex environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical system design for educational, government, and transportation facilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets up to $5M+
- Oversee junior engineers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct field investigations and resolve construction issues
- Develop technical specifications and construction documents
- Interface with clients, contractors, and code officials
- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts
- Implement quality control processes for design deliverables
