Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures to develop effective prevention strategies.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing reliability and maintenance practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Establish best maintenance practices for various equipment.
  • Utilize Pareto Charts to prioritize maintenance functions based on equipment failures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation methodologies (FMECA & RCM).
  • Oversee the reliability and failure reduction of all plant equipment.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to enhance maintenance effectiveness.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance reliability engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in reliability analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in maintenance and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., Certified Reliability Engineer).
  • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and software.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
