  • Expected Salary Range:
  • Mid-level: $84,000 - $104,000
  • Senior Level: $109,000 - $142,000

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

In this role, you will perform advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations. You will be responsible for making critical technical decisions while leveraging your extensive knowledge in your field and the practical application of industry codes and regulations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage, and implement engineering activities and programs.
  • Offer technical consulting and expertise through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system issues.
  • Oversee task management of engineering-related problems.
  • Execute engineering and technical assignments as directed, applying fundamental engineering principles.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work while maintaining proper configuration management and compliance with design criteria, practices, procedures, and codes.
  • Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support various technical projects and programs.
  • Recommend new equipment, concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, streamline construction, reduce costs, correct design or material issues, or comply with regulatory changes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Engineering Analyst/E02
    • A 4-year technical degree with 2+ years of nuclear or related experience, OR
    • A 2-year technical degree with 3+ years of nuclear or related experience, OR
    • A High School Diploma with at least 5 years of applicable nuclear experience.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Engineering Analyst/E03
    • A 4-year technical degree with 5+ years of nuclear or related experience, OR
    • A 2-year technical degree with 7+ years of nuclear or related experience, OR
    • A High School Diploma with at least 8 years of nuclear experience.

Experience in electrical maintenance or electrical engineering with a focus on large circuit breakers and transformers is required.
