We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Engineer II to support the Regional Manager in overseeing operations across a portfolio of industrial buildings specializing in conveyor system maintenance. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on understanding of maintenance processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong interest in stepping into a leadership role within the industrial services sector.

    Assist the Regional Manager in daily oversight of multiple facilities within the region.

    Help coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely service and repairs for conveyor systems.

    Track performance metrics and provide weekly reports on equipment downtime, labor utilization, and project completion.

    Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

  • n

    Conduct periodic site visits to assess compliance with safety standards and maintenance quality.

    Communicate with facility managers, technicians, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on priorities.

    Assist with labor scheduling, work order management, and parts/equipment procurement.

  • n

    Help onboard new maintenance staff and ensure adherence to company protocols.

    Identify and escalate potential risks or operational inefficiencies to the Regional Manager.

    Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

YOU MUST HAVE

    3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or facility operations, preferably involving conveyor systems.

  • n

    Strong understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance workflows, and safety procedures.

  • n

    Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

  • n

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software.

    Willingness to travel regularly within the region (up to 50%).
