- nInform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card datan n
- nRegister guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)n n
- nWelcome guests upon their arrival and assign roomsn n
- nProvide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenitiesn n
- nRespond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional mannern n
- nLiaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needsn n
- nConfirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guestsn n
- nUpsell additional facilities and services, when appropriaten n
- nMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsn n
- n
- nPrior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar rolen n
- nExperience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or Operan n
- nCustomer service experiencen n
- nExcellent communication and organizational skillsn n
