Daily Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of various roadway projects, encompassing rural and urban highways, intricate interchanges, roundabouts and intersection enhancements.
- Utilize computer-aided software to draft engineering and design documents efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and revision of technical reports, drawings and project plans.
- Fulfill additional project related tasks as needed.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Possess 0-4 years of experience in roadway design; internships or co-op experiences may count towards this requirement.
- Either hold an Engineer-in-Training certification or demonstrate the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
- Proficiency in Bentley Microstation, Open Roads Designer and the Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and meet project deadlines.
