Position Details:
- Location: Suffield, CT
- Setting: In-home pediatric care
- Pay: $21.50/hour
- Schedule: Flexible shifts available - Full-time or Part-time
- Competitive pay: $21.50/hour

- Follow care plan and instructions from supervising nurse
- Keep detailed documentation of care provided
- Communicate respectfully with the family and clinical team
- Provide companionship and emotional support in a family-focused environment
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Active CNA license or HHA certificate (Connecticut)
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- CPR certification is a plus
- Able to work independently and professionally in a private home
- Recent physical, PPD, within one year
- Reliable Transportation Preferred
- Reliable and punctual
