Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and critical to ensuring equipment uptime and operational efficiency through expert electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment Read and interpret ladder logic diagrams and relay logic schematics Install, maintain, and program variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control systems Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safe operation of electrical components Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues quickly Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, upgrades, and modifications Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing electrical role Strong proficiency in reading ladder logic and relay logic Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, control panels, and circuits Hands-on experience programming and configuring drives (VFDs, servo, etc.) Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
