Lead Systems Architect
Tallahassee, FL (Onsite 4 days/week)
6-Month Contract-to-Perm (W2) or Direct Hire
Job description
Our client is looking to hire a Lead System Architect to join their team in the Tallahassee, FL, area. This position is hybrid/on-site and candidates must be local to the area.
The Lead Architect for the Unified Operations Center (UOC) is responsible for overseeing and implementing the technical solutions required to meet the operational goals for the call center, mail room, and integrations with other FX Vendors.
The Lead Architect must have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, CRM software, and cloud infrastructure.
The Lead Architect is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of technical details in Project Deliverable documentation as well as for representing the UOC at various meetings, both within the UOC and with other FX stakeholders.
The Lead Architect is also responsible for overseeing the activities of developers, vendors, and may also be asked to assist Business Analysts and Project Managers as necessary.
The Lead Architect serves as the main technical liaison.
Provide updates on development progress, recent meetings, and high-priority work.
Monitor FX-wide updates and provide relevant updates as needed.
Engage with the development team on current and upcoming tasks and priorities.
Participate in discussions focused on the Provider Services Release.
Lead discussions to gather updates from IT Development, Network, and QA teams.
Review and update the Schedule.
Participate in enterprise-wide architecture discussions as the Lead Architect.
Review and approve MCB JIRA requests for changes; attend approval meetings.
Engage in discussions to align on Module GUIs and Integration Approach.
Participate in touchpoints regarding Legacy Vendor transition activities.
Participate in enterprise-wide architecture discussions with all vendor lead architects.
Participate in enterprise-wide summit, presenting comprehensive updates from all vendors.
Review vendor deliverables for situational awareness; provide feedback as needed.
Update the Paid Deliverable document to reflect changes for each release.
Assist in preparing new project deliverable document for each release.
Prepare a new Paid Deliverable document each release.
Collaborate on the Readiness Review and Cutover Plan at the enterprise level.
Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) design sessions.
Requirements
Knowledge and familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Azure, GCP, AWS, and Cisco ASA Experience with project management life cycles; experience leading a project
Knowledge of various programming languages, including #C, .NET Core, JavaScript, SQL
