Friday-Monday schedule
in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Friday:
8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday:
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Sunday:
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Monday:
7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Work independently while managing a steady volume of customer calls Assist homeowners with HVAC service needs in a calm, professional manner Maintain detailed and accurate customer records Coordinate effectively with dispatchers and field teams Stay organized and focused throughout long shifts Participate in team huddles and occasional training-while owning your day-to-day workflow Work independently multiple days during shift What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in HVAC customer service, dispatch, or a similar role Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus Professional communication and problem-solving skills Confidence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks without supervision Strong attention to detail and reliability Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
