Job Description: **
The Multiplatform Planning and Strategy Coordinator will report to the Multiplatform Strategy and Planning Manager and support a highly motivated strategy team within Universal Television Entertainment Group with a primary focus on NBC and Peacock Entertainment. They will support the overall development of Multiplatform planning campaign strategies and help generate brand awareness across NBCUniversal properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter who excels in a fast-paced setting, thinks strategically, and is passionate about entertainment marketing.
Essential Responsibilities:
Act as project liaison by coordinating logistics and overseeing timelines and deliverables, with exceptional document upkeep that reflect evolving Multiplatform plans
Collaboration across multiple internal and external teams, staying up to date with everchanging priorities in a fast-paced environment
Support the digestion and compilation of linear TV, streaming and brand research data to track marketing campaigns’ health at various inflection points during its lifecycle
Draft visually compelling marketing decks representing the multiplatform support of NBC Entertainment and Peacock properties to be used in various forums including producer and leadership presentations, general recordkeeping, and more
Support the asset management team with promotional video and creative needs that will air across network, cable and streaming partners
Maintain a general awareness of industry trends and the competitive environment
Additional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications: Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: **
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Love for data analytics and ability to distill insights into compelling stories
Basic understanding of graphic design
Comfortable presenting in and organizing meetings
Able to meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Diligent and resourceful critical thinker who maintains a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Listening skills; ability to understand assignments and complete them with minimal follow up from assigned leaders

Prior experience in marketing, entertainment, research, or a similar field is a bonus

Additional Requirements: **
Hybrid
: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the LA, California office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
