Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance M4 MICU (McClure 4): RN for Medical ICU, overflow neuro. Required to float to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Requirements: • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS required – NIHSS prior to start, CCRN preferred • Prior travel is required • A minimum of 2 years of unit experience • Must have large, teaching facility experience • RN will be required to start IVs, maintain and manager multiple titrating drips, critical vent care, etc. • Need experience with multi system disease, CRRT, IAPB, Ecmo, covid, vents, multiple drips • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 9/08 • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
