Driver Requirements: For Dry Van: Valid CDL-A required. At least 6 months of experience necessary. Must be at least 21 years old. For Refrigerated: Valid CDL-A required. Minimum of 1 year of experience needed. Preferred prior refrigerated experience within the last 36 months. Must be at least 21 years old. Committed to Our Drivers! Pay Structure Highlights: For Dry Van: Earn 57 - 63 CPM. Weekly earnings between $1,250 - $1,575. Average between 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week. For Refrigerated: Earn 60 - 66 CPM. Weekly earnings between $1,300 - $1,650. Average between 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week. Note: Earnings depend on experience and weekly mileage. Additional Perks: Onboarding bonus available. 401(k) plan and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements. No forced dispatch to New York City. Utilize Transflo telematics and app for convenience. All equipment is from 2021 or newer. Stop pay (excluding first and last pick-up/drop-off).
