Requirements:
Manufacturing experience (construction experience is a plus) Able to accurately read a tape measure Able to follow instructions and stay focused on the task at hand Attention to detail-you care about doing it right, not just fast Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on your feet during your shift Show up on time, ready to work, every day Safety-first mindset-you look out for yourself and your team Good communication skills and a team player attitude Responsibilities:
Use power tools and various saws/drills to cut and assemble custom wood pallets/crates Inspect products for quality and report any issues Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Pack and label finished items for shipping or storage Follow all safety rules and company policies Work with your team to meet daily production goals Report problems or delays to your supervisor Help with general warehouse duties as needed
