Overview:
The Senior Operations Coordinator will lead and manage Operations Coordinators, ensuring efficient daily coordination of quality services, timely deliveries/pick-ups, and additional services across assigned branches. This role is pivotal in providing an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide the daily operations of branch Operations Coordinators!
Assist in recruiting and training new Operations Coordinators.
Coach Operations Coordinators on performance improvement.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager on annual reviews and evaluations of Operations Coordinators.
Address and investigate customer complaints and provide detailed information to all stakeholders.
Coordinate with Legal and Human Resources regarding all workplace incidents, policies, and procedures.
Relay critical information, including schedules and emergencies, to technicians to ensure smooth operations.
Manage customer call inquiries to provide updates on service delivery timelines and resolve operational issues.
Keep the Operations Manager informed about ongoing issues and their resolutions.
Offer support to technicians during emergencies and allocate necessary resources for effective resolution.
Collaborate with customer service representatives and account managers to schedule services and deliveries.
Review technician manifests to ensure compliance with policies and document all relevant delivery/service information.
Conduct regular route check-in audits to confirm accuracy and completeness of manifest data.
Assist in sequencing daily routes and managing pickups and deliveries.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service for all stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Strong clerical and administrative abilities.
