The Good Stuff:
Salary range based on experience ($22-$24/hr)
In-office
position 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
Evening shift 10:30am-7:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm

Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls, emails, faxes and light office tasks
Responsible for answering the phone, booking service calls along with handling other office calls
Enters accurate/updated information for every call
Resolves customer issues (missed appointments, reschedules) in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
Performs customer confirmation calls
Appointments are scheduled according to times set by dispatch or what the customer requests
Dispatches technicians based on qualification and location
Assure accuracy by double checking yourself and your teammates
Assist technicians, managers and other employees in anything they need help with
Follows all company policies and procedures
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills, Abilities, and Requirements:
Detail Orientated
Goal oriented, self-starting, energetic and a good problem solver
Pleasant telephone demeanor and be able to demonstrate great customer service and telephone skills
Ability to work with other employees, management, and technicians to get the job done correctly and in the best interest of our customers
Basic sales skills, uses critical thinking to help dispatch schedule calls
Basic computer literacy of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ****
Experience:
A minimum of two years customer service and/or one year experience in dispatch
Must be able to type 35wpm on a standard keyboard as well as perform other basic clerical operations
