Unit Specifics:
Number of Beds : 40 Patient Ratios : 1:6 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift. Type of equipment : regular medical equipment for med-surg unit Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 36hrs per week w/ rotating weekends Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float to like units Patient Experience requirements: 1+years
Must Have: 1 year Recent Med-surg hospital experience and BLS
Procedures performed on unit: EKGs, Glums, Venipuncture
Application and testing from agency required to be submitted.
