JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Strategy Manager will support marketing performance initiatives that drive a simplified, intuitive, and personalized journey for Stellantis customers across tiers and channels. This individual will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of tierless connected funnel initiatives. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, innovative and be an advocate for best-in-class customer experiences across the Stellantis enterprise. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Develop holistic marketing strategies to ensure connectivity across tiers, channels, and audiences
Execute personalized connected funnel strategies that improve customer engagement, increase quality conversions, and contribute to sales and market share goals
Translate strategies into executable and measurable tactics that achieve marketing performance goals
Connect strategic objectives, KPI performance, and actionable recommendations into clear and concise storytelling for executive level audiences
Data & Analytics
Connect first, second, and third-party data and insights to maximize marketing effectiveness and efficiency
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
Develop measurement strategies and KPI frameworks to track and optimize performance
Technology
Leverage the latest industry trends and cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping experience across key customer journey touchpoints
Collaboration
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and external vendors to develop new use cases, determine business requirements, and launch personalization programs
Partner with channel leads to identify key opportunities to reach customers through connected omni-channel touchpoints
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and analytics
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in automotive industry and basic dealer operations
Understanding of the relationship between tier 1 and tier 3
Familiarity with key marketing channels such as media, CRM, website, etc.
Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent data storytelling and executive level presentation skills
Ability to turn ideas into scalable solutions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
