Join our Business Intelligence team as a full-time Software Engineer II (medior). We offer remote work options in Central & Eastern Europe, with optional office spaces in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague. You will delve into data-driven insights, building and maintaining components that enable clients to make informed business decisions. This involves transforming complex data into actionable insights, creating intuitive user experiences, and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. You will collaborate with engineering teams, data scientists, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of BI features with our platform, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with a passion for data storytelling and empowering businesses with insights. Feature Design & Delivery
You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and implement APIs for data access and manipulation, and integrate GenAI/LLM models as backend services. Collaboration with product designers and front-end engineers on API design and data structures is essential. Quality & Performance Assurance
Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests, implement robust logging and monitoring, and perform code reviews with QA engineers. Component Support & Maintenance
Provide L3 support for client inquiries, troubleshoot backend issues, implement bug fixes and performance improvements, and document codebase and processes for maintainability. Tech Stack & Products
We leverage advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, trend analysis, and anomaly detection, exploring AI technologies like NLP and machine learning to enhance our platform. Experience in data mining, statistical modeling, data visualization, and AI is highly valuable. What do we expect from you?
Proven experience in Python engineering, strong Python skills, and familiarity with data processing, data structures, and algorithms. Solid understanding of software architecture principles, especially APIs and microservices. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of data analysis and ML frameworks is a plus.
