Marketing Assistant . Marketing within the accounting industry has grown significantly in recent years and is now recognized as a critical driver of firm growth and brand development. As marketing in public accounting continues to evolve, this role offers a strong career path for individuals interested in building a long-term career in a dynamic and essential area of the profession. About the Role The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and the implementation of marketing projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. Responsibilities Help drive firm growth, brand recognition, and client retention Focus on executing strategies set by leadership Produce targeted and effective strategies Help develop and distribute marketing materials such as presentations and website content Generate fresh ideas and develop compelling content Assist with internal and external communication related to marketing activities Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing 2+ years of marketing experience in professional services Experience with graphic design, copywriting, and social media Familiarity with public accounting is a plus! Skills and Abilities Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills Creativity Seniority level
