The Branch Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional level of service to internal customers and other Department within the bank.

Responsibilities

Performing accounting and/or GL reconcilement tasks

Respond to branch inquiries regarding bank products and services, transaction requests andaccount maintenance related to their account.

Utilize active listening, express willingness to help, identify customer needs and delivercourteous, professional service in a manner reflecting positively on East West Bank.

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of all East West Bank systems, products and servicesapplicable to target customer segments as well as general information required to answercustomer questions, support customer inquiries about our online banking.

Handle customer's Inquiries clearly via phone and email

Operate with little supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignments

Qualifications

Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking Institution required

FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus

Minimum 3 years of back office operations banking experience

Integrity/Dutifulness

Available to work overtime as needed

Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills

Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handlemultiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $22.00/Hr. - USD $26.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
