The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, and handling all administrative and support needs to enable your customers to focus on their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready. Throughout the day, you assist customers with WiFi, packages, directions, setting up equipment, and billing. You take breaks, handle mail, and support customer requests like printing and invoicing. You also organize events and engage with prospects, promoting the community. At day’s end, you tidy up and prepare to close.
About You We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. You should be:
A good communicator, with 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
Ownership-driven and problem solver
Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment
Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old
