Bend Goods
Job Description
Job Description
Sales Associate – Furniture Brand
Location:
Los Angeles, CA
Job Type:
Full-time
About Us
At
Bend Goods
, we design bold, modern furniture and goods that bring character into everyday spaces. From high-end residential to commercial and hospitality environments, our pieces are known for quality craftsmanship and distinctive artistic design. We’re a small, tight-knit team that values initiative, creativity, and drive — and we're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.
About the Role
We’re hiring a
Sales Associate
who knows how to make things happen. This is not your average sales job — we’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and motivated by results. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with designers, dealers, and customers, both in-person and remotely. If you're comfortable walking into a room and owning it, and you enjoy the hustle of sales and closing deals, we want to hear from you.
This is a hands-on role that involves a mix of fieldwork, client outreach, and order management. You’ll also support backend operations — so familiarity with systems like QuickBooks is a plus. Salary base + commission.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales through client meetings, outbound outreach, and follow-ups
Actively pursue new business opportunities with designers, architects, retailers, and hospitality partners
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business through exceptional service
Process and manage customer orders using QuickBooks and our internal systems
Collaborate with our team to support project proposals, quotes, and custom requests
Support occasional trade shows or industry events
Track leads, sales activity, and customer data to help guide strategy and growth
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in outside or B2B sales (design or furniture industry a big plus)
A self-starter with a positive attitude and the confidence to drive results independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Working knowledge of QuickBooks, or the ability to learn it quickly
A genuine interest in design, interiors, and creative spaces
Must be based in or able to travel regularly within Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas
