Annual Bonus and Commission Join the Nations Leading Physician Recruitment Firm! Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Director of Physician Recruiting

to lead a small team of recruiters. This player-coach role blends leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruiting, giving you the opportunity to directly impact team performance while continuing to serve your own clients. You will drive individual and team productivity goals, provide mentorship, and partner consultatively with clients to solve critical staffing challenges by utilizing JPSs robust sourcing tools and resources. This dynamic and high-energy role blends the excitement of sales with the fulfillment of recruiting. Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to meet or exceed performance goals and metrics Provide support and resolution for escalated client, candidate, or associate issues Partner consultatively with assigned clients to conduct searches and fill provider staffing needs Conduct thorough phone screens with potential candidates with attention to detail and prompt follow up Use creativity to create effective job advertisements for open opportunities Communicate regularly with clients and candidates regarding search activity Manage individual recruiting responsibilities and productivity goals and metrics Update internal client and provider database with recruitment related activity Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates Overnight travel to conduct client profile visits, up to 30% of travel a year Requirements: Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Greenwood Village, CO office (minimum 3-4 days in office) 3+ years of physician recruitment experience required; retained staffing agency experience preferred Minimum 5 years of healthcare and/or staffing experience required 1+ years of experience managing a team strongly preferred 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and other provider-focused job boards preferred Strong leadership presence with ability to oversee, mentor, and delegate to subordinates Excellent interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills required Professional presence and confidence to work with physicians and healthcare executives Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong computer skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce/CRM Stable employment history with verifiable references Why You'll Love It Here: Named a Top 100 Best Place to Work in Healthcare annually since 2016, Jackson Physician Search fosters a supportive, high-performance culture that celebrates individual and team achievements.
