About The Role
As Director of Transformation, you will oversee the execution of DiversiTech’s Value Creation Plan (VCP), ensuring alignment with strategic, commercial, operational, organizational, and financial initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leadership, the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, driving transformation across multiple divisions and subsidiaries. Additionally, you will lead project teams, engage external advisors, and manage the PMO function, ensuring timely implementation and execution of transformation strategies.
What You’ll Do
Manage a team of transformation professionals, ensuring the execution of business strategies and VCP initiatives.
Lead the development and implementation of the Value Creation Plan, focusing on strategy execution and operational improvements.
Support senior leadership in prioritizing transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
Assist functional teams in defining business cases and financial modeling, driving strategic clarity.
Oversee project execution, managing work streams, resources, performance metrics, and governance processes.
Resolve critical transformation challenges, ensuring visibility and transparency in initiative progress.
Collaborate with Finance, ensuring financial value creation parameters are integrated into transformation projects.
Act as a supportive resource for corporate functions, subsidiaries, and acquisitions, ensuring streamlined implementation.
Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring strategic initiatives are monitored and optimized.
Develop and execute PMO strategies, hosting weekly and bi-monthly PMO meetings with project leaders.
Prepare monthly reports for senior leadership and quarterly transformation reports for the Board.
Lead quarterly Board discussions, presenting updates on transformation progress and challenges.
Engage proactively with project teams, troubleshooting resource constraints, budgeting, and operational risks.
Implement governance and project management best practices, driving structured monitoring and KPI tracking.
Guide the use of Balanced Scorecards, ensuring comprehensive visibility on strategic execution.
Define key monitoring methodologies, ensuring effective initiative oversight.
Lead committees overseeing strategic initiatives, facilitating executive-level decision-making.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to corporate transformation and operational success.
What We’re Looking For
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
10-12 years of experience in strategy consulting or blue-chip management consultancies, with additional business leadership experience
Expertise in leading PMO functions, managing large-scale transformation projects in matrixed environments
Industrial sector experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution settings
Deep expertise in project management, including business case development, scope definition, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring buy-in from executive leaders, global partners, and operational teams
Proven success in change management, leading large-scale, complex business transformation programs with aggressive timelines
Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise, breaking down challenges into actionable solutions
Ability to drive results with urgency, solving problems with limited or conflicting information in ambiguous environments
Autonomous leadership style, ensuring accountability for transformation initiatives
Proven ability to foster buy-in and engagement, guiding organizations through change
Hands-on, action-oriented mindset, leading with strategic clarity and execution focus
Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced business environments, managing complex transformation processes
Excellent project management skills, ensuring accuracy and structured execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, supporting reporting and project oversight
Proactive self-starter mindset, with keen attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with executives and Board members
Preferred
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
25-30% of travel is required.

About The Role
As Director of Transformation, you will oversee the execution of DiversiTech’s Value Creation Plan (VCP), ensuring alignment with strategic, commercial, operational, organizational, and financial initiatives.
