Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Full spectrum Recruitment - Data Center/ IT

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer issuance, ensuring an efficient and timely hiring process. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and role requirements. Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking platforms, to build a strong talent pipeline. Review resumes, screen potential candidates, and ensure a strong match between candidates and job roles. Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers, providing regular updates on sourcing progress. Prepare and deliver timely reports on recruitment activities and results to ensure alignment with hiring goals. Track and achieve hiring targets, emphasizing both quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement initiatives Requirements: Degree in Human Resource At least 3 year of relevant experience Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
