In this role, you'll work independently to develop, implement, and lead a comprehensive performance management program. Duty Statement . You will find the Minimum Requirements in the Class Specification. STAFF SERVICES MANAGER I Classification: STAFF SERVICES MANAGER I $7,172.00 - $8,910.00/month New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Include the types of documents you've prepared and your role in the process. Expert experience in and knowledge of human resources laws, rules, regulations, and policies pertaining to performance management and progressive discipline. Customer service experience and customer-centric approach with the ability to remain flexible and adapt to rapid changes in priorities and work assignments while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Experience in process improvement initiatives, including identifying opportunities for organizational improvement and successfully leading and implementing change. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex and accurate information from thorough and complete analyses, as well as develop and present information to both small and large groups.
