The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in academic administration and program oversight, particularly within rehabilitative sciences. A clinical or teaching background in a relevant health-related field is preferred. Candidates should hold a doctorate or terminal academic degree and have 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education.
We seek an individual who has a strong grasp of accreditation standards and demonstrates a commitment to academic excellence, along with exceptional people management and communication skills. You will oversee accreditation processes, maintain solid relationships with accrediting bodies, and leverage institutional data for evidence-based program evaluation and enhancement. This position requires proficiency in resource planning and faculty development, as well as the ability to shape a research agenda that supports both academic and professional growth.
