Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor - Full Time Hybrid Position

Thriveworks Counseling is currently looking for passionate individuals pursuing Maryland State Licensure as a LPC to join our team.

Qualifications:
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Approved by the board as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
Experience in a counseling setting addressing depression and anxiety is required.
Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per the current DSM with a licensed supervisor.
What We Need: Availability for full-time work (30 hours/week - consisting of 25 client visits and 5 hours dedicated to administrative tasks including supervisory meetings).
Residency within a 45-minute commute from the office location. Applicants must be able to work in-office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote).
Flexibility in work schedule is essential.

Compensation:
This is a Fee for Service position, with an earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 (which may vary based on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities).
