IT Manager Cloud Infrastructure Engineering , you will manage the cloud infrastructure team, develop strategies, oversee implementation, and ensure operational excellence. You will report to the Director of Data Center and Network Infrastructure and work from Morris Plains, Charlotte, or Houston on a hybrid schedule. Your role involves working with vendors to ensure reliability, security, and scalability of cloud services, leading technology strategy, and mentoring your team to foster growth and innovation. Responsibilities Hands-on experience building and managing scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Mentor and coach team members, fostering continuous learning. Understanding of containerized applications and standard internet protocols. Experience in agile environments, preferably Scrum. Collaborate with customers to introduce new technologies. Experience with SaaS backend products, cloud architecture, and security compliance. Work with vendors and third-party providers to optimize products and services. Qualifications Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 6+ years in IT roles with diverse technology exposure. At least 2 years in cloud engineering/architecture with cloud service implementation. Proficiency in Azure & AWS cloud services. Experience with datacenter consolidation and cloud migration. Ability to manage complex budgets and occasional travel (~15%). Valued Skills Strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Experience driving innovation and digital transformation. Knowledge of emerging technologies, project, and vendor management. Ability to align IT with business goals and promote diversity.
