We're seeking passionate individuals pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LICSW to provide both telehealth and in-person sessions. Clinicians who commit to offering 25+ hours per week are eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend. Located in Westborough, MA, our practice values exceptional care delivery and supporting our clinicians.

What We Seek
We are looking for provisionally licensed clinicians eager to make a difference. Our ideal candidates exhibit the following:
Full-time availability (at least 30 hours/week, comprising 25+ client sessions and time for administrative work).
Behavioral health generalists willing to work with couples and children, with our support.
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also enjoying collaboration in a team environment.
Strong ethical standards, prioritizing integrity, openness, and quality care.
Must reside within a 45-minute commute to the office and be able to start with in-office work during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid work model.
Flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications:
Seeking licensure in Massachusetts and residing in the area.
A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.
Experience in a counseling setting treating anxiety and depression is required.
Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under supervision.
