Those in corporate law at PwC will provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. You will leverage experience in corporate law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Corporate team you will provide strategic legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful projects within the PwC network.

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions Identify and address legal risks while promoting compliance Mentor and develop junior legal professionals within the team Foster a culture of integrity and excellence in legal practices

What You Must Have

Juris Doctorate 5 years of experience with Corporate transactions and Corporate governance including M&A, joint ventures and restructuring

Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in corporate law Advising on complex corporate transactions and governance Possessing knowledge of corporate secretarial and financing issues Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements Conducting legal risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies Working with internal functions to support compliance Utilizing technology to improve efficiency in legal support Leading and mentoring junior team members Demonstrating proven verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
