Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and accuracy. Provide clear information and resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience. Handle confidential customer data with integrity and discretion. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and performance standards. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, or financial services preferred). Prior call center experience is a plus. Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems. Compensation
$20/hour, paid weekly Performance incentives available Schedule
Training Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (first 3 months) Post-Training Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM Weekend availability required Work Environment
