Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Manage calendars and schedule meetings. Coordinate travel and meeting logistics. Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion in alignment with leaders’ and organization’s goals. Complete expense reports Handle sensitive information with high integrity and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Work flexible hours as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelors’ Degree or 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in lieu of education. Minimum 4+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Teams) Ability to work full-time (5 days per week), onsite in a corporate environment. Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA.

Preferred Skills

Excellent organization and time management skills Domestic and international travel booking experience, including arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create effective reports, presentations, and correspondence. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage tasks or projects with multiple deadlines. Ability to prioritize, anticipate and pro-actively identify the needs of multiple executives; experience trouble shooting to resolve issues with a sense of urgency. High level of professionalism and discretion Demonstrated collegiality, team orientation, positive attitude, common sense, determination, and ongoing desire to learn, grow and contribute. Event planning and meeting management experience Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with other Executive Assistants on staff.

Target Market Salary Range

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
