is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative
Promotions Manager
to support promotional strategy and execution for our stations,
KBFF-FM, KINK-FM, KINKHD-2, KXTG-AM, KXL-FM, KUPL-FM, and KUFO-AM . In this role, you'll bring our brands to life through contests, community events, client promotions, street team activation, and on-air engagement. If you thrive in a fast-paced, music-loving environment and know how to make a brand pop on and off the air, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative promotions in collaboration with the Promotions Director that grow audience engagement and enhance brand visibility across radio, digital, and experiential platforms. Collaborate with programming, sales, and digital teams to create integrated campaigns and sponsorship opportunities. Plan and manage station events, including remotes, concerts, festivals, and community outreach in collaboration with the Promotions Director. Coordinate on-air contesting, prize fulfillment, and winner communication. Maintain promotional calendars, recaps, and budgets. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, talent, and community partners. Represent the station(s) at events with energy and professionalism.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in promotions, marketing, or events—radio or media industry preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with a passion for branding, music, and live experiences. Familiarity with FCC contesting and promotional regulations is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
