| JOB SUMMARY |
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
| The RF/Microwave Product Marketing Manager 1 is responsible for |
| developing business opportunities and supporting the successful |
| roll-out of products in a defined product category. The |
| responsibilities include product planning, product definition, |
| product positioning, Go-to-Market support, competitive analysis, and |
| working closely with the product management and MARCOM teams. |

| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
+-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
| - Drive business development activities supporting the direct sales |
| team in the development of key accounts and regional growth |
| through channel partners. |
| - Work closely with customers and the sales and engineering |
| organizations on custom/new product opportunities to manage |
| expectations resulting in the optimal solution for all parties. |
| - Actively manage the product portfolio |
| 1. Collaborating with the various Marki organizations in product |
| definition and product readiness |
| 2. Support product pricing as part of the product portfolio. |
| 3. Work closely with product management on product lifecycle |
| management. |
| - Support the creation of Go-to-Market materials for new products. |
| 1. Internal materials: Product sell sheets |
| 2. External materials: Product overview slides, roadmaps, |
| success stories, competitive analysis etc. |
| 3. Development of product training and education materials |
| - Interface with the marketing communications team to provide |
| product information for use in promotional materials and to |
| support the website and other lead generation tools. |

| REQUIREMENTS |

| - B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field. |
| Candidates without a technical degree will not be considered. |
| - Familiarity with the RF/Microwave market segment |
| - 3 years of prior RF/Microwave industry experience |
| - Ability to travel when required. |

| TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES |
| |
| - Must understand RF/Microwave theory including but not limited to |
| S-parameters, Noise Figure/Temperature, Conversion Loss, Power |
| Compression, Harmonic Generation, Intermodulation Distortion, and |
| Spur Generation. |
| - Self-motivated and driven, takes initiative and works well |
| independently and cr ss-functionally. |
| - 3 years of prior RF/Microwave industry experience |
| - Excellent communication skills, verbal, and writing |
| - Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills |
| - Effective planning, time management, and prioritization skills |
| - Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, |
| Excel, and Outlook |
| - Excellent presentation skills |
