Production Design Specialist Job Description Summary
The Production Design Specialist oversees daily queue management, supports complex deliverable creation, and ensures timely service delivery to brokers. They collaborate across teams, drive process improvements, and motivate team members.
Job Responsibilities
Manage daily queue strategy:
Proactively plan coverage for volume surges and team absences.
Serve as escalation point:
Assist team members, brokers, and market operations. Support the PD management team with market relationships.
Promote collaboration:
Facilitate teamwork across geographies.
Motivate team daily:
Ensure successful execution against SLAs. Coach, mentor, and train team members.
Lead continuous improvement:
Enhance workflows efficiently.
General Responsibilities
Understand Cushman & Wakefield's brand standards and template structure to support brokers in developing marketing materials.
Build and manage relationships with brokers, broker admins, and support functions.
Maintain excellent broker experience.
Cover multiple offices within the assigned market/region.
Monitor active requests to address roadblocks promptly.
Create marketing deliverables autonomously based on broker requests, within tier thresholds.
Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding junior staff on tools and delivery expectations.
Collaborate weekly with peers to share best practices and improve processes.
Lead internal projects, including process improvements and change initiatives.
Contribute to knowledge management and document standard operating procedures.
Provide solutions to routine and complex problems.
Marketing Skillset
Add a consultative approach when discussing marketing materials with brokerage professionals.
Support marketing efforts related to new business pursuits and property listings, within tier thresholds.
Assist in creating and editing templated marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.
Draft proposal responses, including text, charts, and graphics.
Understand and support Cushman & Wakefield's brand standards and templates, training others as needed.
Represent Production Design, communicating tools, materials, and best practices to partners and teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Salesforce, and Asana.
Skills in Visual and Graphic Design, Project Management, Communication, Organization, and Attention to Detail.
Experience in the Real Estate Industry is required.
