Ability to act as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements, ensuring changes to business processes meet testing requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and facilitate workshops for requirement gathering. Experience with SAP IBP integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used in supply chain management. Ability to lead onsite and offshore teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project execution.

Analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities for small, medium-sized, and ongoing enhancement projects. Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, ensuring proper configuration and detailed testing scenarios are defined. Identify areas for process improvement within the SAP IBP and S/4HANA frameworks and recommend actionable solutions. Coordinate and lead project activities for both onsite and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to planning processes and supply chain operations, recommending improvements as necessary. Assist in change management and support users during the transition to S/4HANA and IBP functionalities.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 a Year
