Job Description You will be responsible for managing content, communities, and engagement on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms for a portion of our portfolio. As the social media manager, you will develop, sustain, and grow the company's brand and new business objectives through social media, content, and video. You will leverage content marketing and generate new ideas to support branding and business growth. Responsibilities Create and develop strategic social media plans to position the company as a thought leader. Implement creative and spontaneous content ideas for real-time social media engagement. Contribute to content creation efforts. Make strategic recommendations to enhance engagement, impressions, awareness, and lead generation. Guide social media advertising strategies backed by analytics. Develop product-specific plans to support marketing initiatives. Research and manage new tools and technologies to improve results. Qualifications Experience managing 15-20 social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Passion for marketing and understanding of related disciplines like copywriting, graphic design, and photo editing. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc. Experience with paid media campaigns on social platforms, ideally for B2B brands. Bachelor's degree preferred.
