Lead strategy and execution across growth channels to increase reach and quality conversions. Manage external partners and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Develop and review creative assets and messaging with the Product Marketing Manager. Coordinate with Strategy & Operations and Channel Leads to meet KPI targets. Monitor campaign performance, using data to optimize and inform strategies. Identify new marketing opportunities aligned with business goals. 4–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, preferably in high-growth consumer brands or agencies focused on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models. Proven success managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable results. Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel/Sheets, familiar with dashboards, and SQL is a plus. Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills. Resourceful, creative, and able to turn challenges into opportunities. Customer-obsessed with a deep understanding of customer needs. Collaborative, thriving in cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with high-level planning and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented, focused on improving acquisition and retention. Adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
