Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Home Remodeler to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks related to residential and commercial renovation projects. Projects may range from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full home renovations, with a focus on delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction. This role involves hands-on work in multiple trades including demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and carpentry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Perform residential and commercial remodeling tasks including (but not limited to) framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tile work, and carpentry Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Site prep, demolition, cleanup, and general laborer work Operate hand and power tools Follow safety guidelines, including the use of necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and keep the job site clean and organized Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and project timelines Lead, supervise, and mentor internal team members and subcontractors on-site Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential remodeling or construction with leadership responsibilities Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work is preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to lift 50lbs. and work in various environments and weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Own basic tools (preferred but not required) Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship Benefits: Family-owned, employee-centered business Open communication and respect from leadership Competitive, reliable pay On-the-job training and skill development Company-provided tools and equipment Pathways to Project Manager, or Foreman roles
