Be the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Aspired to Be Your impactful journey involves: Assisting in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as the essential liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned shifts. Monitoring and managing staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and necessary counseling. Taking on patient care responsibilities as needed and fostering meaningful relationships with patients. Celebrating patient victories along their recovery paths. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification; ACLS certification to be obtained within one year. CRRN certification to be achieved within a year of meeting eligibility requirements. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last five years. Previous experience in a leadership role, such as charge nurse, with accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
