The Product Technical Analyst - SQL with Java will work within a motivated technology team, interfacing with clients and driving successful delivery of operations while applying their technical proficiency in SQL and Java. Responsibilities: Interface with key Client and Infosys stakeholders Lead overall Infosys delivery for the Client Support a Product and help in guiding and steering Infosys delivery Provide inputs to daily status reports Provide timely updates for testing trackers on the module/POD assigned Communicate and facilitate discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders across customer organizations Take complete ownership to ensure the success of all Operations work on a day to day basis Qualifications: Required: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 2 years of experience in Information Technology. Experience of SaaS implementation experience is strongly preferred Hands on experience in Postgres SQL & MS SQL with Java is mandatory. Knowledge of Java Springboot MS microservices, Azure services, Kafka. Experience with healthcare domain and ITIL processes is a must. Demonstrated ability to drive for results and influence for impact. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, change management and adapt quickly to changing paradigm. Teaming/Collaboration - Provide inputs to daily status reports and provide timely updates for testing trackers on the module/POD assigned. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships with multiple hierarchy of Client executives as well as senior business or technical leaders Experience with enterprise scale Support team management for Operations Knowledge of Product Maintenance, Operations and Cloud security. Experience with a variety of problem-solving techniques. Ability to work with distributed teams in India and US and across time zones. Take complete ownership to ensure the success of all Operations work on a day to day basis. Communicating and facilitating discussions/decisions and impacts to key stakeholders across customer organizations both with business and IT teams. All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. Preferred: Sound knowledge and experience on Agile. SAFE Agile experience certification is preferred. Experience with support projects. Experience with healthcare domain is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP & Azure is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
