As an independent contractor, you set your own schedule with no minimum drive requirements. Qualifications to Drive on the Via Platform: Must have a valid driver's license. Be 25 years of age or older. Successfully complete a drug screening. Have over 5 years of unrestricted driving history in the US. Possess at least 5 years of caregiving experience, which may include caring for family, friends, or professional caregiving roles. Hold a personal auto insurance policy. Drive a vehicle that is no older than 10 years. Pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check and motor vehicle record check (SSN required). *Please note that operating hours for Via's Student Transit may change. **To qualify for the new driver partner promotion, you must complete at least 50 driving sessions on the Via platform within 60 days after your onboarding session.
