What Youll Be Responsible For: Responding to support tickets, phone calls, and emails as the first point of contact Striving for first-contact resolution on common issues Logging and triaging incidents and service requests Performing basic to intermediate troubleshooting on hardware, software, and access Escalating more complex or business-impacting issues to Tier 2 Following defined IT processes and documentation standards Handling endpoint tasks such as imaging, wiping, and hardware setup Supporting remote users with software installations, troubleshooting, and desktop configurations Managing accounts, permissions, groups, and mailboxes Maintaining security awareness and supporting compliance through adherence to IT guidelines Core Skills and Competencies Needed: 5+ years of professional IT support experience Clear and effective written and verbal communication Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Apple platforms including Windows 11, macOS, iOS Familiarity with common business productivity tools such as Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams Working experience with ticketing systems (Halo, JIRA or similar) Experience with remote management and endpoint tools (Intune, Automate, Screen Connect, Mosyle) Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Entra for account and access management Understanding of AV equipment used in meeting and collaboration spaces Ability to prioritize issues based on urgency and impact Strong customer service instincts and professionalism under pressure Willingness to learn independently and keep up with evolving technical environments What We Offer: As part of CornerStones Technology Talent Services, youre represented by a team that understands the pace and expectations of technical environments.
